21 days of pressing in for revival, healing, and breakthrough.
Scripture (Matthew 6:16–18 NIV):
“When you fast, do not look somber as the hypocrites do, for they disfigure their faces to show others they are fasting. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward in full. But when you fast, put oil on your head and wash your face, so that it will not be obvious to others that you are fasting, but only to your Father, who is unseen; and your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.”
Prayer: Ask God for grace to commit to this fast and seek Him wholeheartedly.
Scripture (Psalm 51:10–12 NIV):
“Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. Do not cast me from your presence or take your Holy Spirit from me. Restore to me the joy of your salvation and grant me a willing spirit, to sustain me.”
Prayer: Confess and renounce sins, asking for a clean heart and renewed spirit.
Scripture (Jeremiah 29:12–13 NIV):

Prayer: Ask for hunger for God’s presence and deeper intimacy with Him.
Scripture (2 Corinthians 10:4–5 NIV):
“The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.”
Prayer: Pray and destroy negative mindsets, addictions, and generational curses.
Scripture (Acts 1:8 NIV):
“But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”
Prayer: Pray for fresh infilling of the Holy Spirit and boldness in faith.
Scripture (Romans 12:2 NIV):

Prayer: Pray for physical, emotional, and spiritual healing.

Prayer: Pray to remove division and increase love and fellowship.
Scripture (Titus 1:5–9 NIV):
“The reason I left you in Crete was that you might put in order what was left unfinished and appoint elders in every town, as I directed you. An elder must be blameless, faithful to his wife, a man whose children believe and are not open to the charge of being wild and disobedient. Since an overseer manages God’s household, he must be blameless—not overbearing, not quick-tempered, not given to drunkenness, not violent, not pursuing dishonest gain. Rather, he must be hospitable, one who loves what is good, who is self-controlled, upright, holy and disciplined. He must hold firmly to the trustworthy message as it has been taught, so that he can encourage others by sound doctrine and refute those who oppose it.”
Prayer: Pray that God will equip and empower leaders in the church.
Scripture (Matthew 5:14–16 NIV):
“You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.”
Prayer: Pray for evangelism, outreach, and community transformation.
Scripture (Isaiah 58:6 NIV):
“Is not this the kind of fasting I have chosen: to loose the chains of injustice and untie the cords of the yoke, to set the oppressed free and break every yoke?”
Prayer: Pray and break chains of oppression, financial lack, and setbacks.
Scripture (Deuteronomy 28:12 NIV):

Prayer: Pray for supernatural provision and open doors.

Scripture (Joshua 24:15 NIV):

Prayer: Pray for salvation, unity, and healing in families.

Prayer: Pray for passion for Christ among young people.
Scripture (1 Corinthians 12:7–11 NIV):
“Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good. To one there is given through the Spirit a message of wisdom, to another a message of knowledge by means of the same Spirit, to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healing by that one Spirit, to another miraculous powers, to another prophecy, to another distinguishing between spirits, to another speaking in different kinds of tongues, and to still another the interpretation of tongues. All these are the work of one and the same Spirit, and he distributes them to each one, just as he determines.”
Prayer: Pray for grace to walk in God’s purpose.
Scripture (Malachi 3:10 NIV):

Throughout Scripture, fasting from food for a set time was a powerful way to seek God. For 21 days, we invite you to join us in fasting from 6 AM to 6 PM. If you need to adjust for health reasons, do so prayerfully and with wisdom. Use that time to pray, worship, and get in the Word. Fasting weakens the flesh and strengthens the spirit, creating space for breakthrough, clarity, and deeper intimacy with God.
Each day, ask the Holy Spirit to lead you to someone who needs hope. Send a scripture, a testimony, or a word about Jesus. Share the gospel in love and boldness. This is more than encouragement, it’s about pointing someone to eternal life.
Let God use your voice to win a soul!
Drink only water for the 21 days when it’s needed.
Let this be a time to cleanse, discipline your body, and refresh your spirit, one pure sip at a time.
Complete all 21 days of this challenge and attend Praise Harvest Community Church on Day 21 (online or in person). We’ll honor your obedience with a special gift.
This isn’t just about participation, it’s about transformation.
